Pace & Pause honours Australian Consumer Law guarantees for every Quiet Tools order placed on forcecartilage.ddd.

This Return Policy adds detail about how refunds, repairs, or exchanges apply to digital playbooks, physical timers, and Seasonal Rhythm Lab Pass purchases priced in Australian dollars.

Cooling off for remote sales

When you buy entirely online, you may cancel some transactions within seven days if the service has not yet begun and digital files were not delivered.

Once download links activate or workshop materials send, statutory cooling-off may no longer apply, but major failure remedies still exist.

Quiet Atlas Digital Playbook

If files are corrupt, incomplete, or incompatible with the formats stated on the product page, contact us within fourteen days for replacement links at no charge.

Refunds for change-of-mind are available only before you download the package; after download, we may offer store credit toward another Quiet Tool.

Walnut Interval Tower

Inspect your shipment within forty-eight hours of delivery and photograph any courier damage for insurance claims.

Manufacturing defects such as loose magnets, uneven bases, or splintered edges qualify for free repair, replacement, or refund within twelve months of purchase.

Natural grain variation is not a defect; oil finishes may darken over time with handling.

Return shipping costs are prepaid by Pace & Pause when we authorise a warranty claim; unauthorised returns may be refused at the door.

Seasonal Rhythm Lab Pass

If we cancel a cohort due to low enrolment or facilitator illness, you may transfer to another season or receive a full AUD refund within ten business days.

If you withdraw more than fourteen days before the start date, we refund eighty percent of the pass fee to cover planning costs.

Withdrawals inside fourteen days are non-refundable unless you supply a documented emergency; we review those case by case.

Process for all returns

1. Email contact@forcecartilage.world with your order number, SKU, and photos if relevant.
2. Receive a return merchandise authorisation code, typically within two business days.
3. Ship goods in original packaging when possible and include the code on the label.
4. After inspection, refunds are usually posted to the original payment method within five business days.

Gift orders

Gift recipients may exchange defective items using the purchaser order ID; store credit for change-of-mind goes to the original buyer account.

International customers

If you freight forward Quiet Tools outside Australia, local consumer laws may add rights; we still coordinate warranty logistics from Melbourne.

Chargebacks

Please attempt resolution with us before initiating a chargeback; providing your RMA helps banks verify legitimate refunds.
